ID Points, Shipping, Returns, Pre-Order Info & More
ID Points are earnt with every purchase as long as they are over £1. To switch the points to money off coupons make sure you are logged in and click the black tab along the right of the screen labelled as "Convert ID Points". It then gives you options of exchanging your points. Once you have the coupon code it can be entered at the checkout. Please note only 1 coupon code can be used per order. ID Points are only earned when you have created an ID Toys account(not guest account).
Mint In Box / Mint on Card Collectors:-
All our items are sent boxed and never "forced or squeezed" into a box. We use basic packaging materials. Some of our boxes are specially made for us to help make sure products arrive in the condition we sent them in, however we are unable to guarantee products arrive in mint condition. We do not exchange products returned for being "non mint", these are returned under our 14 day refund policy at the buyers cost and the item cost only is refunded. Sorry no exceptions to this. For buyers who require mint items we advise them to visit the store or one of the conventions we attend.
It is important to NOT mix pre-order items with in stock items. We cannot guarantee availability of the in stock items when the pre-order items arrive. If an in stock order OR pre-order is cancelled a 10% restock / admin fee will be deducted from the refund. This is to cover costs involved in the loss of the sale and staff time taken to resolve, there is no exceptions for this,sorry.

All items on the In Demand Toys website are listed in pounds stirling(GBP's,£). In Demand Toys aim to supply correct information all the time, although we do have the right to remove a product if we list an item incorrectly or at an incorrect price, or refund a customers order due to unreasonable/rude/aggressive/bullying communication. Stock levels are an estimate, and although usually correct, if an item is unfortunately out of stock after an order is made we will contact you within 72 hours and offer you the option of it being placed on back order. Images are copyright in Demand Toys and we ask for you not to use these images unless you have our permission to use them. All pricing and special offers are exclusive to the online store and may differ to the retail shop. Online offers may not be matched instore, although general item prices will be. All credit cards are accepted excluding American Express. We do not accept cheques. We do not guarantee items will arrive in mint condition, mint in box/mint on card collectors are advised to try and shop instore so can see what they are buying. We will not replace an item based on box condition(if minor damage has happened), and excessive damage will be considered once photos are seen. Returns on damaged boxes are at buyers cost.
All orders are dispatched via either Hermes(UK) Royal Mail (International) or DPD for expedited (UK and Europe).We are not responsible for their delivery times.Europe and International orders can take up to 3 weeks from dispatch date to arrive.We do not send items recorded unless this is requested at the customers cost. We do not insure products unless this is requested at the customers cost(basic insurance is free)Any item which fails to arrive at the requested destination will be replaced after a claim is put through the delivery company,this can take up to 6 weeks before a refund is given via the postal service used. Next day shipping is available on all UK orders, this guarantees a next day service will be used, but it has to be ordered on Mon-Thu before 2pm to receive the next working day. If ordered after 2pm on Mon-Thu it may not get dispatched before the mail is collected. Any orders made on Friday will arrive on a Monday, and orders made on a weekend will be dispatched on Monday to arrive on the Tuesday.
Pre-Order & 10% Deposit Information:-
Pre-order prices can change at anytime, if they go down we will refund the difference, if they go up(could be a supplier price increase,exchange rate etc) we will request the difference. All pre-orders items are dealt with on a first come,first served basis.Many of our pre-orders are discounted to encourage customers to pre-order with us.We pride ourselves on being one of the first companies in the UK to receive new items,but we are not responsible for delays which are no fault of our own.Fully paid pre-orders can be cancelled but a 10% restock / admin fee will be deducted from the refund. This is to cover costs involved in the loss of the sale and staff time taken to resolve, there is no exceptions for this,sorry.If an order includes instock and pre-order/back order items we will not send until the whole order is available.We cannot guarantee availability of ALL items when pre-order and In-Stock items are ordered by the time the order ships, we strongly advise orders like this are not placed. We do recommend if you want items "in stock" shipped straight away,to buy these on a seperate order. The 10% deposit option is non refundable or transferable in any way, no exceptions to this. If the 10% option is used, you will be contacted before the item is shipped to pay the remaining balance. If the item is still unpaid 21 days after this point the order will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.
We ask you to choose your purchases very carefully to save unneccessary costs at a later date.We will exchange or refund an unwanted item if returned to us unopened within 14 days of delivery, but we will not refund shipping costs in this instance and a 10% restocking fee is charged. If a product is faulty or broken please return for a replacement,or a refund if the same product is not available.We will only exchange faulty items for the same product,no exceptions. Any item we believe is faulty due to being mis-treated will be returned to the manufacturer for a check to be carried out.This can take 2-4 weeks. We do not guarantee an items packaging arrives in mint condition, even if this is requested. Any item damaged by opening, by play, by transforming, by attaching accessories or anything do to standard use, miss-use, wear and tear or other issues that may cause problems is not grounds for a return or refund/part refund. All out products are sold as a mass produced item, we expect there to be discrepancies, or minor blemishes, we do not class these items as faulty or exchangable, sorry.
